In addition to our very popular rush reorder program (SPEED), we offer a wide variety of collaborative programs to ensure you have the highest level of service and support every term. We realize that you work with many different vendors and that order programs vary. We want to take a moment to review the policies and procedures that we offer and that we believe set us apart.

Friendly and efficient service is our top priority. Our customer service reps are waiting to help with answers to your store questions. Contact them now at 1-888-330-8477. Our normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. MPS is pleased to again offer extended Customer Service Hours. During our peak ordering and shipping seasons, Customer Service will be available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

You can order online through any of our participating partners. To place bookstore orders or to obtain pricing information, visit our site

  1. Register for a username and password at (SAN # required to register).
  2. Go to and enter your SAN #, username, and password.
  3. Check title, price, availability, order status and place orders anytime— 24 hours/day, 7 days/week!


Shipping Address for Returns: MPS Returns Center 14301 Litchfield Drive Orange, VA 22960 Method of Return: All returns must be prepaid. No prior authorization required. If returned collect, shipments will be refused, unless prior authorization is granted. 

Shipping Requisites: Enclose packing slip with shipment, giving 

  • Invoice number
  • Your account number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Detailed list of contents-including quantity, ISBN, and title

Crediting of returns without this information will be delayed.
